I whant to copy a file from CDrom to " \lib\modules\2.4.22-1.2115.nptl/kernel/drivers/pcmcia/"
I get the message Acces denided can't write to " \lib\modules\2.4.22-1.2115.nptl/kernel/drivers/pcmcia/"
I have to be a root ??
How do i login as root in fedora
If i choose terminal and i type "login as root i cant type my Password??
Do you know why

1. Yes you have to be root
2. Your password is not echoed for security reasons. If you are pressing the keys it is being enteried, it just wont come up with any text. Press enter once you have entered and the terminal will start.
Also, make sure you specify all path's with "/", not with "\".
