Hello All,

I have done a clean install of fedora and when the system boots I get
this nice splash screen with a progress bar (hides init stuff).  When I
do an upgrade from 9 to fedora I don't get the splash screen.  How can I
get this splash screen on an upgraded box. Thanks in advance.
