I have a fedora core system installed on my P4 system (Siemens mainboard, i865PE chipset, 2.6GHz HT-P4) and am really pleased with it. Adaptic controller with MOD is working ... BUT i just can't get the serial device working, setserial shows the usual stuff except the uart is unknown (the manual says it's a 16550). testing statserial as su gives: TIOCMGET failed: Input/output error Any ideas what to do now? cheers Hanno
