Thanks.
In fact, I had to restart nautilus, too (just killed it and it restarted at once). But then, the "scripts" menu appeared.

it should be in ~/.gnome2/nautilus-scripts
just put the scripts in there. i don't know why they changed the
behaviour with nautilus 2.4, but once you put in at least 1 script,
the script option should show up when you right-click.
