I found a few that I use.  If you are using MySQL, there is mysqlcc that
you can download from the MySQL site.

There is also tora (Toolkit for Oracle):

TOra is a Toolkit for Oracle which aims to help the DBA or developer of
database application. Features PL/SQL debugger, SQL worksheet with
syntax highlighting, DB browser and a comprehensive set of DBA tools.

There is a Java based app called SQuirreL SQL, that can connect to any
database that has a JDBC driver such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, DB2,
PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.
