- also a USB Camera set to mass storage mode.
I don't know whether this is after resuming from a suspend action it fails???

i had that problem on an hp desktop with M$ but i would check redhats hardware db
or check during bootup if there is any problems when it tries to initialize usb module..
enter dmesg usb | grep usb
then it will tell u what happend during boot up
