I haven tried it, but i think that you can configure you ssh session in
order to port forward back when you create the office to home session,
that way you can connect to a local port on you home machine and it can
be forwarded to your office machine, the same way the X11 protocol can
be forwarded over ssh

Be careful because you can have legal problems with your employer if it
does not allow you to do this kind of things
