        case MOXA_LOAD_C320B:
        case MOXA_LOAD_CODE:
                if (!capable(CAP_SYS_RAWIO))
                        return -EPERM;
                break;

At the point you abuse these calls you can already just load arbitary
data from userspace anyway.
