Sure.  It's a stupid approach, but since you have your name in the
MAINTAINERS file, you don't have to care.  Meanwhile, those who would
like a reliable suspend are out of luck.

Like we'd want to use unreviewed, extremely new and risky code for
something that happily destroy filesystems.
