sorry, rather than this:
> +		return (task->rt_priority * IOPRIO_BE_NR / MAX_RT_PRIO);

it should be:
return ((MAX_RT_PRIO - task->rt_priority) * IOPRIO_BE_NR / MAX_RT_PRIO);
