[2.6.9-2.6.12-rc3] SiS SATA for sis 965L

Does this work in 2.6.12-rc3?
We just picked up two K8S-MX boards and Linux don't find the SATA/RAID
controller.

I was wondering if this made it into 2.6.12-rc3 or after 2.6.10+
