ext4 for '/' was not allowed in fedora-11

hi all,
i installed fedora-11 today and when i wanted the '/' to be formatted as 'ext4', i got an alert msg that it is not allowed to format '/' as ext4.

is not 'ext4' the default file system in Leonidas?
