It happens often for those paying close attention. Sometimes RHEL does include components not part of Fedora for quite sometime. GFS cluster filesystem is a prominent example that comes to mind. Fedora didn't include it till it was merged upstream. Quick, spread the news. RHEL is a beta for Fedora ;-)
