Latest FC6 kernel is 2.6.20-1.2962.fc6, latest FC7 kernels are
2.6.21-1.3228.fc7 and 2.6.20-2925.11.fc7xen

I think you're referring to the "--ignore-install" option.  Or the
"remove" command.
