kaffeine is a standalone media player, not a browser plugin, though
kaffeine-mozilla can do that, but it's not packaged anywhere (official)
yet(1), you're welcome build this on your box:
$ rpmbuild --rebuild \
http://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/kde-redhat/all/SRPMS.stable/kaffeine-mozilla-0.2-2.src.rpm

(1) Now that xine-lib, kaffeine are in Extras, I'll submit this one as well
soon.
