My setup is sendmail, procmail (for filtering and delivery), dovecot(IMAP), and MIMEDefang (<http://mimedefang.org/>, a sendmail milter forinvoking SpamAssassin, ClamAV, and performing other policies in a customPerl-based filter). Works pretty well, but my server isn't heavily loaded.MD has some features to reduce the load of starting a Perl filter. It'spersistent, can use an embedded Perl interpreter, and runs SA in-process.
