You may double click on the iso and Nero or Roxio should appear and you can burn them. Check the shasums and compare to the ones on the Fedora download page http://fedora.redhat.com/download/. If you need further information check http://www.petri.co.il/how_to_write_iso_files_to_cd.htm If you do not have Nero, Roxio, or the Windows Power Toy, http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/isorecorder.htm, then there are other free tools to help you, http://www.cdburnerxp.se/ and http://demosten.com/cdrfe/ which includes cdrecord for windows like it is used in linux.
