Network manager failing dhcp

   Hello there,
I am at a conference with a wireless network and
desperately trying to make it work. I am new to NetworkManager but it
been working successfully for non-key networks. Here I need a key.
Card: Intersil PRISM2 11Mbps Wireless Adapter
  Driver orinoco_cs/orinoco/hermes

The 'closest' attempt seemed to be the first. A helpful local system
guy could see I was authorising, but not getting DHCP. But as DHCP
worked for everyone else that was my problem.

I tried to disable Networkmanager, and do things by hand but just got
lots of error -16's and nothing worked again all day.

Any ideas anyone? The log from the first try follows:

  Thanks,
   Bill
