What it means is, that the mail system you receive this list from too
often failed to deliver mail to the mail system where your mail
subscription mail address is handled by. So a "bounce" is when the
@redhat.com mail server tries to deliver a list mail to your
subscription address and the mail server on your side refuses to accept
the mail. That can different reasons, from misconfiguration of the MTA
(which one is it running at mxs.mail.ru?), non RFC conform MTA
behaviour, connection problems on your server side or your mailbox being
full and not accepting any further mail.
As this list has a high daily volume, please take care that the mail
resulting from this list can be delivered to your side. Maybe switch
over to a different mail system, i.e. gmail seems to be a favourite by
many subscribers.
