at-stable does not exist under the new dl.atrpms.net hierarchy. Remove

Hm, how did this work? You probably have another entry for ATrpms.

That is the canonical location I copied from
http://dries.ulyssis.org/rpm/clientconfig.html

I believe that the belnet server is currently malfunctioning, I
already had some packages downloaded from Dries with this setup
(medley-package-config). You can change the URL to point to a mirror
from

http://dries.ulyssis.org/rpm/mirrors.html

Copying Dries as a heads-up. I should probably setup a mirror at
ATrpms, too. :)
