Hi,

I have to add "acpi=off" to my command line in order
for FC4 to boot with latest kernel.
Is this a bug? When I upgraded the kernel, the process re-wrote my
command line with its own. Another bug?
Thanks,
I filed a bug report which might be related to this:

I own a Compaq laptop which won't boot at all with this kernel. I'm guessing it too would boot without ACPI enabled, but that's not an option for me.
