Hi, I want to install AMSN (the linux "version" of msn) in my Fedora 2. However, my question is applicable to any software.
Naturally, I could download the rpm and start all that effort with dependencies and everything.
To avoid this, I tried locating this software (in this case, AMSN, but could be anyone) with YUM but it didn't find any match.
So, how could I insert the AMSN software site so YUM can be able to locate and install it? Is it simple?

aMSN is included in Dag's repository. See:

http://dag.wieers.com/home-made/apt/FAQ.php#B3

for how to configure your yum to use this repository.

Once you've done that,

# yum install amsn

should work OK.
