Perhaps it's not mentioned in the welcome e-mail, but on the bottom of
the page where people subscribe (AND see links to the archives) there
is an address for the list admin.

At the bottom of the page it shows the list admin is "wtogami" and
valid addresses should be:
fedora-list-owner@xxxxxxxxxx
 -- or --
byte@xxxxxxxxxxx
