IBM ThinkPad T40/T41 (perhasp the R series as well - avoid R40e - no APM)

I currently use a T40 - which is Pentium-M 1.6GHz. Default APM works
with suspend/resume. The kernel modeule speedstep-centrino with
'cpudyn' (external) package gives CPU-Frequency scaling. The graphics
card is ATI mobile Radeon 9000 - which is supported (including 3d) by
the default XFree86 pakage. And I've installed madwifi driver
(external) for IBM a/b wireless card.
