They show, and they have a mouseover which changes the color, but they
go nowhere.

And wouldn't be that obvious... 

Try the "driver" menu. If you mouseover it on ie, it will open up a
choice of available processors... Mozilla 1.6 (with flash, java,
javascript enabled) shows nothing but changing colors.
