Hi,
You can find most of what you want at www.tldp.org
For the OS/System redhat creates some really good guides, you can also
buy the books in most book stores.

http://www.redhat.com/docs/

If you want some general background books, maybe a sams teach yourself
linux book, or redhat 9 unleashed, or linux administration by nemeth et
all.
