[PATCH] trm290: remove redundant CONFIG_BLK_DEV_IDEDMA #ifdef-s

In drivers/ide/Kconfig BLK_DEV_TRM290 depends on
BLK_DEV_IDEDMA_PCI (on which is BLK_DEV_IDEDMA dependant on).
