Edit the traditional network interface configuration file. For eth0 it 
would be:

/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0

The DNS options are like this:
DNS1=4.2.2.1
DNS2=4.2.2.2
DNS3=

You may or may not have those options already present.
