I'm running 2.6.38-rc6 on most of my F14 machines (using a rebuilt F15
SRPMs from koji) and it seems to be working just fine (must like
previous rcX kernel).

Per your question, the changes to scheduler are indeed impressive - E.g.
I'm typing this on a dual socket Xeon workstation while 2.6.38 SRPM is
being built in the background (w/ %_smp_flags -j24) and BOINC is eating
the rest of the CPU time with minimal, if any, impact on the
interactivity of the system.

Having said all that, I doubt that F14 will get upgraded to 2.6.37 or
2.6.38.
