$ rpm -qf --whatprovides /usr/lib/pkgconfig/gmime-2.6.pc
gmime-devel-2.5.1-1.fc13.i686

So, if the package you are trying to build is looking for gmime.pc,
the app's configure script or main Makefile need to be modified
to look for gmime-2.6.pc
