Open any Nautilus window (e.g., PLACES -> COMPUTER) and then
EDIT->PREFERENCES. Autorun is controlled on the MEDIA tab. Check "Never
prompt or start programs on media insertion" or use the controls above
to do a bit more fine tuning.
