Do you have a transmitter for the glasses connected to it? We have an Nvidia Quadro FX 3400 with a transmitter connected. The machine runs CentOS 5, it should work with Fedora as well. It can display 3D OpenGL. mplayer (with a patch) can display videos with side-by-side 3D so that the left part of the image is displayed for the left eye and the right part for the right eye.
