That is what I meant and I'm able to do it now (after I installed virtually *ALL* of Fedora other than Clustering and Virtualization and non-English languages), but I was not able to get the 24-hour time format from the right-click on the date-time taskbar item. > If you mean elsewhere, it may be a locale option.
