The first thing you need to learn is that the last version of Fedora Core was 6. As the obsolete book you bought says, the name of the version you bought is simply "Fedora 10." The only supported versions of Fedora are 13 and 14, so I suggest that you download the install DVD for Fedora 14 from http://fedoraproject.org and install it. I also suggest that, if possible, you take that book back and get a refund because it is, as I said, several years out of date. -- users mailing list users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe or change subscription options: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/users Guidelines: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines
