Yes it does it quite easily.  When get to the partitioning section,
you'll need to shrink the windows partition enough (allow some space for
windows to grow and linux) to make room for Fedora.  Once you do the
install, pay attention to the grub install screen.  *Sometimes* it puts
the Linux location as to where the MBR is and gets installed to the
wrong locatoin.  So make sure that is detected correctly (and can be
changed on that screen).
