Add a script to /etc/NetworkManager/dispatcher.d/ that calls ntpdate on
network connection. Something like:

#!/bin/sh

if [ "$2" = "up" ]; then
        ntpdate -u addressofyourntpserver
fi

Then, every time NM connects to a network and it's UP, it will run
that.
