I don't know how effective this will be, but if you are using Network
Manager, the default, bring up its control and turn it off and then on
again.

If you are using network, as root in a terminal, do a
service network restart

There have been reports here of some wireless cards having a
regression in F14, the above won't fix that, it just resets the link.
There are bugzillas with workarounds in them for the regressions, as I
vaguely recall (this doesn't affect me).
