I'm most of the way through preupgrading from F13 to F14 but am getting an error retrieving /pub/systems/linux/redhat/fedora/linux/releases/14/Fedora/x86_64/os/images/install.img from ftp.nrc.ca. The specific message is "unable to retrieve" the file. I've ftp'd from another machine and can confirm that the file exists. All the other .img files seem to have been retrieved from there without incident. Any hints?
