I compiled a custom kernel in F14 using the Fedora source RPM, and created a custom initramfs for it using dracut. It boots, and X tries to load nouveau, but it fails and falls back to VESA. Can anyone clarify for me what is wrong here and how I should fix it? I think my device is a 4MX in the list above.
