If wine require mmap_zero you might have to set the selinux boolean
mmap_low_allowed on.

# setsebool -P mmap_low_allowed 1

Look for AVC messages in /var/log/audit/audit.log

I think there is also something under /proc or /sys that needs to be sys
to allow this.
