Hi all,

I am using a brand new Thinkpad x201 at work now with fedora 14 on it.
This little toy has a i5-520M in it and tends to run the fan all over
the time (getting a little hot a little too fast). Also I noticed via
powertop, that I cannot get the power consumption nor does it go into C4
state. When I looked at /proc/acpi/processor/CPU*/cpuinfo I found "power
management: no". Is that normal or should I simply run a more recent
kernel? In found nothing regarding i5/arrandale power management in the
2.6.36 changelog though.

thanks

Christoph
