I got it working by installing the 32-bit libraries that are also needed
if you were to run the 32-bit version of Flash. Try:
su -c 'yum install nspluginwrapper.{x86_64,i686}
alsa-plugins-pulseaudio.i686 --disablerepo=adobe-linux-i386'

Seems that both Flash and Reader need the same stuff to work on 64-bit
Fedora. This worked for me anyway...
