Nothing at all? No splash screen? No bios?
No splash screes, no BIOS, I just get a Blinking cursor.
If thats the case I would suspect hardware failure. ;)
I don't think its a hardware failure, coz I have Fedora on a eSATA HDD. My laptop is working fine with a different OS.
Try holding down shift when the machine powers up and that should at
least get you to a grub screen. Does it?
I will try the shift thing. Will get back.
