Intel integrated chipset (82Q963/Q965) Maximal resolution of the monitor is usually detected from EDID information that monitor provides. If F13 is not detecting it properly (while F11 does), it typically amounts to a regression in the graphics driver, in this case intel. I've heard of several known regressions/bugs regarding intel driver in F13 as compared to F12 and earlier (although I've not experienced any of those myself). If that is the case, it is possible that the bug has already been fixed in F14, which is due for release in a couple of days...
