I don't use an IDE for python, but I think there are several.  If you
search the archives of comp.lang.python, the usenet news group, you
should find the occasional flare up when someone asks your question.

And a web search on   python ide   will probably turn up several
references as well.

The tutorials and documentation at python.org are good, especially for
finding functionality and syntax.  Come to think of it, I think there
are recommendations for IDEs there as well.
