I have installed both of them. The mouse works for copy/paste, but > not for clicking on items to select them, which it does if I use sudo. I have not had any luck getting console mouse support to work with Fedora for quite a few releases now. BUT, the muse struck me, and I gave it another chance... I did the following: 1. "yum install gpm" 2. "/etc/init.d/gmp start" 3. Pressed "Ctrl | Alt | F2" 4. "su" into root. 5. Started "mc" 6. Result? For the first time in years, I have console mouse support in Fedora :) I can do everything with the mouse in "mc" in Console mode that I can do with the mouse when I am in graphical mode. But, you might already have tried all of this... Steven P.
