I agree.
I ran across this on Linuxquestions.org about a year ago and I can't 
remember what I had done.
But typing something in a particular format would cause the message to 
be displayed with the smiley face when ever you did a Submit.
i sent a email explaining the problem but they did not respond or fix it.
