You could send this to the linux-kernel mailing list after subscribing to 
it, but they will read as far as the 'tainted' and click to the next 
message.  If you can duplicate it without the tainted report, they will 
read it.  However, I suspect I have already seen something very similar 
already being discussed on that list, so I would expect it to be fixed by 
2.6.35.3 anyway.  The tainted label comes from having a non-kernel binary 
blob loaded, like the nvidia driver, but I didn't see it in the modules 
listed.
