Sorry, no. When a fedora release is end of life, the builders are
turned off, etc. There is never (to my knowledge) been an update after
a release reaches end of life. Thats what it means. ;) 

You may be able to rebuild a kernel with the fix for your local use,
but you should really consider upgrading.
