There is a "firmware upgrade" function from the web console, I believe it's 
called... and for Linksys you have to use the "mini" upgrade first, and then 
the full upgrade, otherwise you "brick" your router and it's a pain to 
recover from. At least that's what they say in the "how-to" manual. I've 
never bricked any routers, so I wouldn't know. I don't *want* to know 
either. :-)
